Week 7 Day 1 or I found someone else's 2 pounds

So it was a good Weight Watcher's meeting.  I did not lose this week but I gained 2 pounds.  I really want to find the stinker who bequeathed me this unwanted gift because I have enough of my own pounds to find new owners for.

Do I feel bad?  No I don't.  I do not feel defeated nor that I wasted the last week.  I did not eat enough vegetables and fruits this past week.  Money was not there to go and buy fresh vegetables nor my Weight Watcher meals which are my quick go to in the evening if I don't feel like cooking, which is most evenings.  I stayed on program and did not go over my points however 3 ounces of dried peanuts the last 2 nights was NOT good nor was the fact I did NOT take lunch to work yesterday and that is a killer!  I drank at least half of the water which I should have every day which is definitely progress.

I do believe that I am holding onto fluids that is why I gained.  Yes poor choices and I am learning.  Glad I did not have that candy bar yesterday.

So the dump cake really was awful and I threw it out.  I felt bad at wasting my blueberries but it is a recipe I shan't make again!  I made a chocolate cake for a co-worker's birthday and I left it there rather than bringing it home only to have it scream at me.  I would have gained a lot more then 2 pounds too.  So my Pyrex 9x13 glass pan is at work, so I thought I would make a half cake with half the spice cake mix and half the water and pumpkin and use the smaller Pyrex I have.  Good plan don'cha think? Not only that but I can cut it into 6 servings and freeze them.

I went by the grocery to pick up my Diet Pepsi which is on sale to take to work.  I got a six pack for the price of the vending machine robber at work.  I drink one or two a day.

Tonight I am going to make some quesadilla's.  I will put some black beans, chicken and cheese (Weight Watcher cheese which is really pretty good and it melts).  I bought some 6" flour tortillas that are 3 points per one and some fat free sour cream to dip it in.  It sounds good and it is something my Prince will eat. 

My lunches at work usually consist of a Weight Watcher meal and yogurt.  I have oatmeal packets for breakfast, 3 points and my snacks consist of fruit, cottage cheese and some 2 point Weight Watcher snack bar.  I found this little gem at the grocery:
They are mini bags of popcorn and they are just right for work.  Now I am finding coupons for them in my Weight Watch mini mag.

I purchased a couple of boxes of new treats at the Weight Watcher meeting.
The chocolate crème cake I got at the grocery.  The Chocolate Caramel and the Aloha Almond Bars I got at Weight Watchers.  They are a little pricey but darn it I need some sweetness on my lips and I am not talking about my Prince's kisses, we aren't going there okay?!

I found some new kind of Weight Watcher's Ice Cream bars too, I will have one later and review it later also!

So my plan for this week, cut out the peanuts and the jerky, continue to work on my water consumption, build my recipe collection and try the potato soup recipe tomorrow.

My Prince wants to go to Cracker Barrel tomorrow so I am gonna get my Weight Watcher Eat Out book and do some research on line to figure out how many points I wish to spend on that venture.

Such a darling design on the cover.  I love it.  I am gonna start working on a Just Nan class project from 1996, yes I have been stashing a long time.  It is Snowflower Lace and it is gorgeous!
